– To prepare and develop a vision statement.
– Self-reflection.

To develop your personal vision, you should answer 9 questions that would lead you to shape your personal vison

It is recommended to do the activity individually

Recommended age:
15-29

Instructions:

For the educator:

  1. Start with an introduction about what is personal vision.
  2. Read a short article about personal vision; and get acquainted with the term and
    meaning of
    personal vision.
  3. For a better understanding discuss with participants the diagrams that are on article –
    stress
    cycle and balanced cycle.
  4. Give participants around two minutes to think and after that continue with
    questionnaire.

For the user/interested participants:

  1. Just be honest and write down what you think and feel.
  2. Forming a personal vision is trusting yourself and being honest.
