To develop your personal vision, you should answer 9 questions that would lead you to shape your personal vison

Instructions:
For the educator:
- Start with an introduction about what is personal vision.
- Read a short article about personal vision; and get acquainted with the term and
meaning of
personal vision. - For a better understanding discuss with participants the diagrams that are on article –
stress
cycle and balanced cycle. - Give participants around two minutes to think and after that continue with
questionnaire.
For the user/interested participants:
- Just be honest and write down what you think and feel.
- Forming a personal vision is trusting yourself and being honest.
